01. The order

When do I receive my order?

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-9 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. For more specific information, please refer to our Shipping Policy or contact our support team.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

We ship by Swiss Post.

If you want to use another carrier, please contact our Customer Service Team with your request.

How can I receive your Newsletter?

You can subscribe on any page at the bottom of our site.

04. Returns, exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we can help:

  1. Returns: Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  2. Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, we’re happy to accommodate within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact our support team. Please note that some items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
